I purchased a SCIO from The Quantum Alliance, Inc. before Support Central (before February 1, 2009). How does this affect me?

ALL Practitioners who have purchased their device from The Quantum Alliance, Inc. (up to January 31, 2009) will be grandfathered in to the new support system, and there is nothing you need to do. You will automatically qualify for all the support listed under Essential Services below (SCIO Start-Up, Basic Navigation, Computer and Clasp 32 Technical Support). This support will stay in place until January 1, 2011. Should you require specialized consultation; an appointment can be booked with a Quantum Biofeedback Assistant or a Quantum Master.

I purchased a SCIO from another broker. Will I still have support?

Those of you who purchased your device elsewhere and came to The Quantum Alliance, Inc. via an adoption package, we will be happy to continue offering you the support listed under Essential Services below (SCIO Start-Up, Basic Navigation, Computer and Clasp 32 Technical Support) This support will stay in place until January 1, 2011. Should you require specialized consultation, an appointment can be booked with a Quantum Biofeedback Assistant or a Quantum Master. What if I purchased my SCIO after February 1, 2009?

For those of you who have purchased your SCIO from February 1, 2009 on, the Support Package reflected in your Advantage Package purchase will be honored accordingly. The Advantage Packages are;

What if I need to schedule a special consultation with a Quantum Biofeedback Assistant or a Quantum Master?

What is included with the Special Services?

The following services are designed to help answer or assist you with specialized training and protocol support. This service allows you to book an appointment for special one on one consultation with either a Quantum Biofeedback Assistant or Quantum Master.

If you need consultation regarding which training programs to run.
If you have inquiries regarding interpretation of session readings.
If you have questions about personal client case.
If you are looking for specific training protocols.
If you require customized training help with the clasp32 software.


Our Registration Department will be able to schedule you for one-on-one time with a Diplomate or Quantum Master! Not only will you be able to experience the personalized service but each 1 hour session (or combined 1/2 hr. sessions) will be considered a Continued Education Unit (CEU). The minimum session available is 30 minutes, therefore this gives you the perfect opportunity to ask questions or review "protocols" with the professional you have booked your consultation with. What a great time to spend this one-on-one time focusing on your personal needs.

Quantum Biofeedback Assistance - Specialized Consultation Support:
Fee based on 30 minute or 1 hour appointments.

Quantum Master Tutoring - Specialized Consultation Support:
Fee based on 1 hour scheduled appointments.
